What if my flight lands at 02:00? Is anyone actually there?
Yes. Our driver is inside the arrivals hall for the ETA of your flight, whatever the hour. Night arrivals are baked into the standard service, not an add-on. If your flight moves earlier or later, WhatsApp us and we adjust — no fee.
Can I have multiple pickups per booking? Add a driver later?
Additional drivers can be added at the airport pickup or during the rental via WhatsApp (bring their licence). No fee for the second driver on standard categories. A single booking has one pickup event, but returns and mid-rental swaps are possible on request.
Do you have a child seat at the airport?
Yes. Order it during booking or mention it in the WhatsApp confirmation. Baby seats (0–1 year), toddler seats (1–4), booster seats (4+). Delivered installed in the car at pickup. Free on rentals of 7+ days; small fee on shorter rentals shown before you confirm.
Fuel policy at return — do I need to fill up at Menara?

What if my flight is cancelled and I’m not landing at all?
Cancel the rental up to 48 hours before the original pickup at zero cost — the pre-authorization on your card is released. Between 48 hours and 24 hours, we hold the deposit and refund it on request depending on why the flight cancelled. Airline disruption gets a full refund; a change of mind is at the manager’s discretion.
Does the car have GPS? Do I need one?
Optional GPS at €4/day. Most guests use Google Maps or Waze on their phone — 4G/5G coverage in Morocco is strong on tourist routes. If you’re heading into the Atlas or Sahara, a portable GPS is worth the €4.
Can I return the car at a different airport?
Yes. Casablanca CMN, Agadir AGA, Tangier TNG — all supported. Rentals of 5+ days are free one-way. Shorter one-way rentals show a per-km inter-city fee before you confirm.
Do you have automatics available at the airport?
